What do I need to make a reservation?

Print E-mail

When you call to reserve we will ask you for a valid credit card to "hold" the reservation.  We also need a valid driver's license number and current address.

How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?

Print E-mail

If you know for sure when you want to go, make it then.  I usually fill up pretty fast over any holidays.  Summer gets pretty packed too!  The sooner you know the better.

How old do I have to be to rent?

Print E-mail

You need to be at least 24 years old.

Do I have to fill the ATV with gas?

Print E-mail

Yes, the atv needs to be full of fuel when it is returned or is subject to a $5/gallon charge.

Do I have to clean the ATV?

Print E-mail

Yes, the atv needs to be clean when returned or is subject to a $30 cleaning fee.

Are there multiple day discounts?

Print E-mail

Yes, after 5 days we give a 20% discount.

When I rent an ATV does it include the trailer?

Print E-mail

Yes, if there is one available.

Where can I ride the ATV?

Print E-mail

Only in the state of Idaho.  I do not have the ATV's licensed/registared in other states.  If you are willing to pay the out of state fees to make the ATV "legal" we can discuss it.

Who does the insurance cover?

Print E-mail

The insurance covers the one rider only.  If there is a chance that multiple people will be riding the ATV then there is $15 fee per rider per day .  This is VERY important!  If just anyone gets on the ATV to ride and gets hurt they may not be covered!!  It is always better to be over insured then uninsured!  We pride ourselves on the insurance we offer.

Do I have to purchase the insurance?

Print E-mail

YES!  It is built into our prices.  We will not rent to you if you don't.

How are damages handled?

Print E-mail

The renter/rider is responsible for ANY damages that occur.  This includes any repair and time the machine is out of service.  You must call as soon as anything happens.  Anything that is over $1000 in repair needs to be handled through the insurance company, so we need to know as soon as anything happens for the claim.

Who takes care of the repair?

Print E-mail

If there is ANY repair that needs to be done we must call us ASAP for authorization to get the repairs done.  EXAMPLE:  You blow a tire out.  It is expected that a tire is replaced in like manner that is on the machine that matches the other tires from the model dealership. (Honda or Polaris for ATVS)  A call to us may save you money if we happen to have the repair item in stock.  We can repair the damage, but, your credit card will be charged for time the machine is out of commision and labor charges.  If you can, the best is for you to get it repaired before you return the machine before your scheduled return time.

What is a Jumping Jack trailer?

Print E-mail

A Jumping Jack is basically a tent inside an ATV trailer.  It can hold 2 ATV's on top and then "opens" and pops up a tent that can sleep up to 4 people with a table and heater.  It also has cooler holders and sink.

What are Idaho laws for ATV riders?

Print E-mail
There are some basic laws and "rules of the off-road" that ATV riders need to know before heading off-road.

Why should I care about insurance?

Print E-mail

Many operators don't provide insurance, and put their customers at risk of being on the hook for major damage to the machines. Our competitors who don't offer insurance have been known to go after former customers in court to collect on damages to machines. That's why they are "former" customers, as you can imagine.

We take a different approach. We work hard to educate our customers on preventing ATV accidents before they happen, and cover them with the proper insurance in the rare even when they do happen.

We want you to be a customer for life!
